Luster National, Inc. (Luster) is a professional services company specializing in the management of capital improvement projects.  Founded in 1990, Luster has an unwavering commitment to client focus, integrity, and social responsibility.  From this foundation, Luster has succeeded in becoming a respected and sought-after client advocate, creating and implementing solutions for a variety of complex jobs.

Our services include strategic planning, program, project and construction management for a broad array of national and regional private sector clients and governmental agencies across the United States.  By incorporating integrated management practices and consulting expertise at each project phase, we provide effective, timely, and cost-saving strategies that support successful completion of client projects regardless of complexity, size or location.

The Company supports two sectors: federal (in both a classified and unclassified environment) and commercial.   The company has established four operating units to support these sectors: Eastern Region, Western Region, Gulf Coast Region and Defense Security and Intelligence (DSI).  The four operating units support both commercial and federal clients within a defined geographic area of the United States. The one exception, DSI, solely focuses on classified federal agency clients worldwide. The company is headquartered in Bakersfield, California and maintains an active presence throughout the United States.
