Fred Streb is a professional engineer and a licensed general contractor with 30 years of diverse experience in the management of facilities, engineering and construction programs, contracts and projects in the public and private sectors. Mr. Streb previously directed and managed the activities of a 200-person planning, engineering and construction firm. He has managed the funding, planning, design, construction, and operation for hundreds of projects. Streb brings engineering knowledge, management expertise and creative thinking to his assignments. He served through the grade of Lieutenant Colonel with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

As Eastern Region General Manager, Mr. Streb is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of all contract scope, staffing of projects, training of personnel, and contract quality assurance.
