QA/QC Inspectors for roofing inspection and debris removal inspection
Luster National, Inc. is looking for qualified QA/QC Inspectors for roofing inspection and debris removal inspection who are willing to work for at least 90 days up to a potential 2-year assignment in Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Texas, and Louisiana areas affected by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. FEMA or US Army Corps of Engineers experience is good but not required. Oneline certification in Debris Operations for FEMA's Public Assistance Program a plus! Any building inspection certifications, contractor license, or life/safety certifications a plus.
Job Description:
- Report directly to the QA Manager
- Provide on-site observations of work performed
- Identify non-conforming work
- Report on daily basis conditions and activities at site
- Provide documentation of field observations and deficiencies and omissions
- Monitor and document change order work performed without agreement
- Review contractor's daily reports
Years of experience: 1-3 years; high school degree or equivalent required
