Our Role

Luster National, Inc. is proud to be part of the relief effort in response to hurricanes Katrina and Rita. Fortunately we were already in the area, having worked for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for the past four years on the Louisiana Coastal Restoration Program, prior to the natural disasters.
Vision

Our vision and focus is to help rebuild the pride of living and the sharing of rich and diverse cultures the region offers.
Although our New Orleans office was lost, our Louisiana staff is safe. The loss of personal property was high, but such things can be replaced. Luster's commitment to the region remains high, and we intend to marshal the necessary resources in support of rebuilding the lives of those who have suffered most. Brick and mortar will be the easy part!
Commitment

Luster was built on three pillars - Integrity, Client Focus, and Social Responsibility. All of us at Luster are committed to applying these values as we forge ahead to help create a better and stronger region.
Each value has equal importance in Luster's delivery of support, but the company's unique jobs creation programs for students, and support for local residents and small businesses are clearly where our passions rest.
Where are we?

Luster is in both Mississippi and Louisiana. In Mississippi, we are supporting the FEMA mission of providing temporary and emergency assistance. We also stood up a Mississippi incorporated company to help in the long-term rebuilding of the state. Our focus is to provide integrated consulting services on behalf of municipal and state governments. Our holistic approach is built on the premise that Mississippi will be rebuilt by Mississippians.
In Louisiana, our role with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has expanded to address emergency projects which must be completed by June of 2006. Like our FEMA mission in Mississippi, we provide temporary and emergency assistance services to individuals and businesses that have applied for federal assistance.
What we do

At Luster, we are committed to helping victims of the hurricanes get back on their feet. Whatever we can do, we will! We look toward a better tomorrow as we help rebuild the faith each of us rely on - HOPE
