Our Role

Luster National, Inc. is proud to work with FEMA as part of the relief and redevelopment efforts in response to Hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Ike and in response to floods in Iowa and New York.

In the Gulf Coast Region, our staff has worked with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers since 2001on the Louisiana Coastal Restoration Program. Fortunately we had staff in the area when the devastation occurred in 2005. Luster employees were deployed in the Louisiana and Mississippi area to participate in the restructure/rebuild effort within a short period of time and are still working with FEMA and USACE teams throughout the area.

Vision

Our vision and focus is to help our neighbors rebuild. Working side side-by-side with local residents and businesses, we strive to help return the feeling of pride to all communities where we are working. Luster is committed to marshalling the necessary resources in support of rebuilding the lives of those who have suffered most

Commitment

Luster was built on three pillars - Integrity, Client Focus, and Social Responsibility. All of us at Luster are committed to applying these values as we forge ahead to help create a better and stronger region.

Each value has equal importance in Luster's delivery of support, but the company's unique jobs creation programs for students, and support for local residents and small businesses are clearly where our passions rest.

Where are we?

Since October 2004, Luster has successfully supported the FEMA mission of providing temporary and emergency assistance in Florida, Iowa, Louisiana, Mississippi, New York, and Texas. Currently, we are providing temporary and emergency assistance services on behalf of municipal and state governments to individuals and businesses that have applied for federal assistance in Louisiana, Mississippi, Texas and Iowa.
