PROJECT MANAGER
OVERVIEW: Provide overall management direction for one or more projects. Create and sustain client relationship. Ensure client intent is being achieved. Allocate and manage necessary assets to ensure successful project delivery.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and supervise project team to ensure successful project completion.
- Development of project cost spreadsheets.
- Review of CPM Schedules.
- Coordination with project stakeholders.
- Monitoring progress and verify project milestones are being achieved.
- Evaluating and negotiating submitted modifications.
- Performing independent cost estimates.
- Conducting informal design reviews.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors Degree
- 10 years of experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management
- Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize employee performance
- Thorough understanding of corporate and industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impact on project activities
- Proficient computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, and project management software
- High integrity and honesty
