In 21 concurrent days, LUSTER placed 19 personnel across the United States in support of INS program needs.

Luster assisted the Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Naturalization Services locating, leasing, designing, and building-out 82 neighborhood fingerprint registration centers in 20 states and Puerto Rico.  The project involved 19 Luster personnel across the country, as well as, other regionally located support personnel. The storefront sites, used as fingerprinting and registration centers, were between 2,400 and 7,200 square feet.

COST-SAVINGS:

Luster’s unique approach to managing the In-Processing Center Program
reduced travel costs by 60 percent over a previous consultant.

The outcome: $2.1 million savings in other direct costs.
