BAKERSFIELD, California - June, 2004 Luster National’s President, Robert Luster, joined the Kern County Economic Development Corporation in June. The Kern County EDC is a public / private partnership dedicated to ensuring a strong, diverse economic climate for all businesses by creating new jobs and providing other key services to the community. As one of the EDC’s newest investors, Luster National will join other companies and EDC President / CEO Patrick Collins, who was recently appointed to the California Association for Local Economic Development (CALED), in efforts to expand business opportunities in Kern County.
