Luster National, Inc.’s headquarters has now been moved from Northern California to Southern California in Bakersfield. Bakersfield, a city 115 miles north of Los Angeles and the county seat of Kern County, is one of the fastest growing cities in the United States. Robert Luster, President, stated, "Bakersfield provides affordable housing for our employees, a hometown USA atmosphere, and a wonderful place to raise a family. I especially like seeing dedicated community leaders and educators who are committed to making Bakersfield the best it can be! Luster’s headquarters is now closer to major Southern California markets, and Kern County itself will see major new programs and projects over the next fifteen years. We needed to demonstrate to Kern County that we are serious about the area." Luster has worked with the City of Bakersfield on its Westside Parkway and Wastewater Treatment Facility projects. We expect this relationship to grow as well as our other targeted pursuits in the area. Spearheading the headquarters office is Virginia Florendo, who has been with Luster for the past seven years. She is responsible for managing all administrative functions for the company. Luster National, Inc. is a management consulting firm that provides program, project and construction management services.
