During this time, LUSTER has developed a long and well-appreciated relationship with multiple USACE organizations across the United States, and overseas. Our contracts have included professional services pertaining to scheduling support dating back to PROMIS, and subsequently, P2.

LUSTER has successfully provided P2, Scheduling, Project Management, and Project Control support to USACE Districts across the United States, including: San Francisco (SPN), Sacramento (SPK), Los Angeles (SPL), Albuquerque (SPA), Galveston (SWG), Kansas City (NWK), New Orleans (MVN), St. Louis (MVS), Rock Island (MVR), Vicksburg (MVK), and Transatlantic Program Center/Iraq (TAC). Dedicated Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) were utilized for each individual project for the above USACE districts.

Other support services during these period included the development and implementation of PMBP manuals and Planning Documents, the conduct of Comprehensive Operational Assessments, with reports of findings and recommendations, the development of PMBP compliant PgMPs and PMPs, and Project Controls assistance.  LUSTER provided training and workshops, covering a myriad of support services pertaining to scheduling in General, P2, and Project Management Business Process (PMBP), plus issues such as the Resident Management System (RMS). Throughout the execution of these contracts, LUSTER earned the reputation as a highly valued, quality service provider, with a solutions-oriented focus. We have worked closely with USACE personnel throughout the life of past contracts recognizing critical issues of concern, designing workable solutions to solve or mitigate those concerns and challenges, and implemented unique solutions in a timely manner.

Atchafalaya SwampOur personnel include senior project managers, schedulers, quality assurance managers, and other management subject matter experts. LUSTER project managers are knowledgeable in the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) processes and procedures. Additionally, our management experts provide unique expertise with respect to USACE Project Management Business Processes (PMBP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), and other USACE business and management doctrine.  Our staff has experience in developing Program Management Plans (PgMPs) and Project Management Plans (PMPs) that are both PMI and USACE PMBP compliant.  Our schedulers and quality assurance managers have extensive scheduling and Primavera experience.  Additionally, LUSTER has provided training for USACE Project Managers and staff in understanding scheduling in general, and the USACE automated information system (P2) in particular, as well as in developing and implementing these essential business processes.
