Elizabeth Osmond - Vice President East Region

As Vice President, East Regional Manager, Elizabeth Osmon supports Luster’s eastern region projects and technical teams, as well as advances Luster’s regional growth strategy, focusing on the State of Georgia.

Prior to her appointment as Vice President, Ms. Osmon was Executive Secretary to the State Transportation Board at the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) for over 14 years, where she built key relationships and acquired an owner’s perspective on project satisfaction – quality, seamless project delivery, and unwavering client trust.

Ms. Osmon has also held management positions with ARCADIS and Juneau Construction Company, as well as at the Atlanta Regional Commission, giving her end-to-end experience and insight – from funding and planning to design and construction.
