Mr. Manji is a strategic leader with over twenty years' experience providing advisory and program management services on large, complex infrastructure programs. His experience includes overseeing, managing and delivering Large Transit Systems in the areas of Rail Signaling, Communication-Based Train Control (CBTC), Fare Collection, Passenger Information Systems and Intelligent Transportation System (ITS). His acumen and expertise have garnered him roles of increasing responsibility throughout his career, working with and leading cross-functional teams to complete complex projects worldwide on time and on budget. Mr. Manji is a licensed professional engineer in Ontario (P. Eng), Canada, a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI). He has demonstrated a comprehensive understanding and working knowledge of standing up Program Management Offices (PMO) for programs and projects of varying sizes. He is an excellent presenter and collaborator and possesses the requisite leadership skill set to lead teams, drive change, and manage resources.
