Program, Project & Construction Management
Luster possesses a deep understanding of how to design and implement program management plans. In additon, Luster’s approach to project management is based on the premise that no two projects are alike.
Environmental Services
Luster has extensive experience providing environmental consulting services on program management and delivery teams. We have an internal group of environmental consultants that provide environmental compliance & oversight, project permitting and agency assistance, and NEPA planning and documentation. Luster environmental personnel have a deep understanding of state and local environmental procedures, guidelines, and expectations. Luster provides Phase I & II Hazardous Waste Environmental Site Assessments, NEPA Documentation, Ecology, Public Outreach and Utility Coordination for owners, design firms and consultants.
