Luster is proud to be a family-owned business founded on three pillars: client focus, professional integrity, and social responsibility. Established in 1990 by father Orville Luster and son Robert Luster, Luster is now entering its third generation of family leadership with Robert’s children:

  • Emily is President, driving the firm's long-term vision and strategy as well as managing daily operations.

  • John is Vice President and Director of Finance and also a key member of our Strategic Consulting Services team.

  • Sarah serves as a Director and Wellness Manager.

Robert continues as head of sales and business development while supporting the company’s strategic initiatives. The next generation aims to build on the remarkable success of their father and grandfather while establishing their own vision for the future. Together, the Luster family and all Luster team members are building a legacy.

One Team

At Luster, collaboration is more than a principle; it’s the foundation of everything achieved together as a minority- and family-owned small business.  The One Team culture unites professionals across disciplines, geographies, and backgrounds, creating an environment where every individual is valued not just for their expertise, but also for their unique life experiences and perspectives.  The company is committed to supporting its people holistically and we recognize that each team member is not only a professional but also a person with diverse roles and responsibilities both within and outside the workplace. Our culture reflects this understanding, fostering space for professional growth, personal well-being, and individual creativity, so every team member thrives both at work and beyond.  This shared mission and genuine respect for the whole person fuel a workplace that adapts, grows, and succeeds together, embodying what it truly means to be One Team.
