About

Ms. Luster is an owner of Luster National, Inc. (LUSTER). Her ownership in LUSTER is part of a family succession plan. Her father, Robert Luster, has been an owner since 1995. Her sister Sarah joined the ownership team the same year she did in 2021, and her brother John joined in 2022. The family succession plan is designed to prepare Ms. Luster to assume a leadership role. Mr. Luster will remain in the company to mentor Ms. Luster along with the other members of the day-to-day company leadership and outside support team (Team). The Team will expose Ms. Luster to all aspects of running the company. Ms. Luster, as the Director of Structures, Governance, and Risk, is a member of the company ownership team. She receives monthly briefings from the day-to-day company leadership, oversees the risk mitigation group focused on educating company personnel on active measures each can take to reduce company risk, engages in periodic dialogue with company outside counsel to remain current on legal and risk trends, participates in company annual leadership retreats and shapes and approves the direction of the company during periodic shareholder meetings. She will also continue to seek out and secure professional development and educational opportunities that will enhance and strengthen her ability to lead the company.
