CALIFORNIA HIGH SPEED RAIL (CHSR)
Luster’s SCS team assisted the CHSR by mobilizing staff, planning for Year 1, assisting with drafting the business plan, implementing program quality measures, strengthening oversight and reporting of field activities, and conducting an improvement study for change control and program quality.
DELTA CONVEYANCE AUTHORITY (DCA)
