THE PORT OF OAKLAND |
PROJECT MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS (PMIS)
Luster helps the Port of Oakland set up systems and processes to manage the Engineering Portfolio and launch their new Engineering Program Management Office. Luster's scope includes the conduct of a gap analysis, standing up the PMO, identifying and configuring a PMIS solution for the Port’s capital infrastructure delivery needs, and creating policies and procedures needed to audit and report on established key performance indicators.
GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (GDOT) | MAJOR MOBILITY INVESTMENT PROGRAM (MMIP)
Luster is involved with all MMIP projects from the Pre-Let phase to Post Let delivery. Areas of engagement include, but are not limited to; Procurement, Right of Way, Utilities, Design Build Bridges, Quality Management, Professional Development, DBE Program, Document Control, Scheduling, Project Controls, Pre-/Post-Let Management.
TRANSBAY JOINT POWER AUTHORITY|
PORTAL PHASE II
Luster supports the Transbay Joint Powers Authority (TJPA), the organization responsible for the financing, design, development, construction, and operation of the Transbay Program in San Francisco, by providing document control and office engineering services. The Transbay Program is a visionary transportation and housing project that has transformed downtown San Francisco and the San Francisco Bay Area’s regional transportation system by creating a world class hub in the heart of a new neighborhood.
