Luster Announces 2025 Summer Interns
Luster National, Inc. (Luster) is pleased to introduce our four summer interns to the Luster team for the 2025 Luster National Internship Program (LNIP). On May 26th, these enthusiastic and diligent students will begin working alongside Luster mentors on the CA High-Speed Rail and the Georgia Department of Transportation, Major Mobility Investment Program (GDOT MMIP).

We want to highlight and elevate our past interviews, and today we are so honored to feature Jeff Conrad, Senior Project Manager at HNTB.
Jeff has been conducting leadership and management oriented training since 1992. Most of his career has been in the transportation industry with the Georgia Department of Transportation where he served as the Director of Training and Development. Jeff is currently working specifically with GDOT's Major Mobility Investment Program as an Organizational Development Manager with HNTB. Jeff says that he often finds opportunities with engineering organizations to follow his work motto of "bringing right-brain thinking to left-brain organizations". Jeff's areas of interest include; Management and Leadership Development, Soft Skills Training, Organizational Alignment and Development, Emotional Intelligence, and Team-Building.

Luster National, Inc. (Luster) established the Luster National Internship Program (LNIP) to offer undergraduate students valuable and professional development opportunities. The internship positions are structured as immersive, on-the-job training experiences designed to expose students to a wide range of project activities and maximize their skill development within the 10-week program.
