Luster National, Inc. (Luster), a leading strategic consulting firm specializing in management consulting and program, project, and construction management, proudly announces the successful completion of its 2025 Luster National Internship Program (LNIP).

Each summer, Luster offers a highly selective internship program designed to immerse undergraduate students in real world projects, providing hands-on professional development experiences. This 10-week program places students on major infrastructure and transportation initiatives, under the direct mentorship of Luster leadership. For Summer 2025, five outstanding interns joined Luster and contributed to transformative transportation projects in California and Georgia, as well as corporate marketing initiatives at the company’s headquarters.

Luster National, Inc. is proud to announce and highlight the promotion of LaTanya Calloway fom Document Control Specialist I to Document Control Specialist II, recognizing her consistent excellence and adaptability to new client processes and procedures. In addition to her professional accomplishments, La Tanya recently reached a major milestone in her academic career by becoming a PhD Candidate in Health Sciences at Liberty University. La Tanya continues to balance rigorous doctoral studies with full-time responsibilities on a high-profile project, reflecting her dedication to both personal and professional growth.

Luster National, Inc. (Luster) is pleased to introduce our four summer interns to the Luster team for the 2025 Luster National Internship Program (LNIP). On May 26th, these enthusiastic and diligent students will begin working alongside Luster mentors on the CA High-Speed Rail and the Georgia Department of Transportation, Major Mobility Investment Program (GDOT MMIP).

On Wednesday, May 7th, University of San Franciso Gellert Family Business Center honored Luster National, Inc. as a 2025 Gellert Family Business Awardee.
