Port of Oakland | PMIS

Oakland, California

Luster helped the Port of Oakland set up systems and processes to manage its Engineering Portfolio and launch a new Engineering Program Management Office.

Scope included a gap analysis, standing up the PMO, identifying and configuring a PMIS solution for the Port's capital infrastructure delivery needs, and creating policies and procedures to audit and report on established key performance indicators.

Rail & Transit

California High-Speed Rail (CHSR)

Statewide, California

On the nation's first high-speed rail program, Luster stood up the PMO and provides ISO 9001:2015-based quality management and program controls.

This work strengthens oversight and reporting of field activities and supports the data and process discipline that underpins program-wide decision-making across a $110B program connecting California's mega-regions.
