Mr. Luster is responsible for developing and tracking key performance indicators, yearly and multi-year rolling corporate budgets, and the design of company investment strategies. He leads the deployment of technical infrastructure including API integrations, Power BI dashboards, and enterprise document management systems that enable scalable, data-driven decision-making across the firm. He also maintains communications with outside legal, banking, insurance, and other key support functions.

Mr. Luster is a key principal on Luster's Strategic Consulting team, where he contributes to sustainable client solutions and business development. He has advised on major public infrastructure programs including a $125M strategic delivery workplan for a major authority and a strategic gap analysis engagement for multi-billion-dollar water project. He also assists designated company executives in designing the overall mission, values, and strategic goals of the corporation
