John C. Luster - Owner, Vice President

Mr. Luster became an owner of Luster National, Inc. (LUSTER) in 2022. His ownership in LUSTER is part of a family succession plan. His father, Robert Luster, has been an owner since 1995. His sisters Sarah and Emily joined the ownership team in 2021. The family succession plan is designed to prepare Mr. Luster to assume a leadership role. Mr. Luster’s father will remain in the company to mentor Mr. Luster along with the other members of the day-to-day company leadership and outside support team (Team). The Team will expose Mr. Luster to all aspects of running the company. Mr. Luster, as the Director of Investments, is a member of the company ownership team. He is responsible to oversee the development of annual business plans, yearly and three-year rolling corporate budgets, design of company investment strategies, and maintains communications with outside legal, banking, insurance, and other key support functions. He assists the Director of Operations and designated company executives, and the board of directors in designing the overall mission, values, and strategic goals of the corporation. Mr. Luster also contributes to sales innovations, strategic business development, and the profitability of the corporation.
