Natalie Pumphrey, P.E., Associate Vice President and Director of Quality Management. Natalie is a solutions-oriented management professional with fifteen years’ experience assisting clients develop means and methods to plan and execute programs and projects. She is highly adept in organizing complex input and developing efficient programs to ensure the successful completion of large projects. Natalie is well versed in ISO 9001:2015-based risk and process thinking and applying ISO standards on programs that require strong owner programmatic controls. She possesses excellent audit skills and can converse with clients in a manner that maximizes a clients’ understanding of the gaps and what is needed to cure unresolved issues. Her specialty is the review of contracts, governance documents, and client requirements to establish scope and objectives for project planning, execution, and management. Natalie is skilled in the creation and / or review of multiple client database platforms. She serves as the company’s quality director and as a member of the strategic consulting services group.
