Arun Goel is the National Project Controls Director at Luster, bringing nearly 30 years of experience leading project controls, program delivery, and digital transformation for complex infrastructure programs across the United States. He oversees enterprise-wide strategies for cost, schedule, risk, and performance management on large, multi-stakeholder initiatives, supporting both public and private sector clients in transportation, aviation, and major capital programs.

Arun has a strong track record of enhancing governance, improving delivery predictability, and helping clients achieve successful outcomes on projects ranging from regional improvements to multi-billion-dollar programs.
