Who is Luster?
Luster National, Inc. (Luster) is a strategic consulting and program management firm that works on large, complex infrastructure programs across the United States. Since the company's creation in 1990, Luster has provided professional services and solutions across the United States, ranging from nationwide disaster recovery to strategic consulting and program management services on the California High Speed Rail Program. Currently, Luster's largest projects are in the roads and bridges, rail, and aviation sectors. Our array of services include strategic consulting, program, project, and construction management; stakeholder alignment; quality and risk management, and public/community outreach. With offices and projects across the country, Luster has a national reach, allowing us to quickly rise to our clients' needs. We are a minority-owned, small business that is ISO (International Standards Organization) 9001:2015 certified. We are a process and risk-based organization that lives by the motto: You have challenges, We have solutions.
Luster is proud to be a family-owned business founded on three pillars: client focus, professional integrity, and social responsibility. Established in 1990 by father Orville Luster and son Robert Luster, Luster is now entering its third generation of family leadership. Robert’s children, Sarah, John, and Emily, all play active roles. Sarah serves as a Director and Wellness Manager. John is a Director, Vice President, and part of the Strategic Consulting Services team. Emily is President and manages Luster's daily operations and crafts the firm's long-term vision. Currently, Robert is a Director focusing on business development and strategic initiatives. The next generation aims to build on the remarkable success of their father and grandfather while establishing their own vision for the future. Together, we are building a legacy.
