Luster’s approach to risk mitigation is systematic and permeates through an entire program’s implementation plan. The initial effort is to review: 1) all contracts, 2) governance documents, 3) scopes of work and 4) any proposed changes. Our approach is to take proactive steps to mitigate and/or eliminate potential claims by advising our clients with factual and timely data, alternatives, and responses to the contractor. The earliest possible resolution of issues before they become irreparable problems is not just our goal, it is our mantra!
