About
Mr. Hubert Owens is responsible for developing and implementing Luster’s national diversity strategies to enhance the utilization of Minority, Women, and Disadvantaged owned businesses throughout the country.
Mr. Owens has more than twenty-five years experience providing supplier diversity and contract compliance services in the greater Atlanta area.
Prior to joining Luster National, Inc., Mr. Owens’ work experience was with the City of Atlanta Department of Aviation where he served as an Airport Planning Manager. Mr. Owens also served as Director of Contract Compliance for the City of Atlanta where he oversaw the City’s Equal Business Opportunity, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise, and Small Business Enterprise Programs.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, Hubert enjoys officiating college football and spending quality time with his two daughters and grandson.
Mr. Owens holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Mississippi Valley State University.
