Natalie C. Brush, P.E., is Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Director of Quality Management, and a Senior Strategic Consultant at Luster National. With over 20 years of experience, she helps Luster and its clients plan and execute complex programs and projects in the engineering and construction industries. Natalie leads firmwide corporate strategy, including innovation, operational improvement, and Risk, Issues, and Opportunities (RIO), and oversees Luster’s ISO 9001:2015‑certified enterprise Quality Management System. As a member of Luster’s Strategic Consulting Services team, she works with clients on complex infrastructure programs to support planning, assurance, and improvement. Natalie also co‑leads EmpowHER, Luster’s women‑focused empowerment group, and was the creator of the firm’s Career Planner, reflecting her commitment to building inclusive, resilient teams and careers at Luster.
